Tequila sales in the UK are soaring at the moment as the sector matures. The days of only having it in the early hours as a shot with lime and salt are being sent into the history books. The modern, contemporary tequila drinker is enjoying it within sophisticated cocktails, or as a stand alone sipping drink. If your memory is scarred from overconsumption of tequila in your younger days, now is the time to look at this wonderful drink again to appreciate its diverse flavours and the quality that is now being produced.
